About

If you’ve found your way to this little corner of the internet, welcome. I’m Buddhi. Not your typical Zen guru (and definitely not a guru at all). I’m just a guy trying to make sense of life, one messy moment at a time.

Once upon a time, I was a Wall Street hotshot in a suit and tie, but let’s just say the rat race wasn’t my thing. So, I swapped my Ferrari for a beat-up ’68 VW bus, ditched the suits for jeans and flip-flops, and landed by a lotus pond with a ukulele, a cracked coffee mug, and zero clue what I was doing. (Spoiler: I’m still figuring it out.)

These days, my mornings start with bad coffee and conversations with Miles, the dragonfly muse who seems to have life all figured out. I write about mindfulness, chaos, coffee, and everything in between. My goal? To embrace the messiness of living and maybe help you do the same.

I’m not a guru, a life coach, or someone with all the answers. I’m just a guy navigating the chaos of life one mindful moment at a time. If you’re into bad coffee, quirky musings, and finding Zen in the everyday, welcome. You’re in the right place.

Peace, Love, and Zen Vibes isn’t about escaping the chaos. It’s about grooving with it. So, if you’re looking for lighthearted wisdom, a little humor, and the occasional story about frogs and dragonflies, you’re in the right lotus pond.

Thanks for stopping by. Stay as long as you like.

Peace, love, and Zen vibes,
Buddhi
